Bounceland warrants all inflatable products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days, and blowers for 1 year, from the date of purchase. Bounceland will gladly replace any items, in the rare case of defect, free of charge, including shipping. My kid was really excited when we got this. After 10 minutes of jumping, he bounced and fell off the side of the slide and banged his head really hard on the cement ground. Fortunately, it was not serious but he cried for a really long time. My husband and I were supervising, but it happened so fast that we could not catch him before he fell onto the ground. i wish the slide was better enclosed so that this could not happen. If the siderails of the slide went higher up, i would feel it was safer. Buyer beware!
