Misuse, improper handling or storage, improper maintenance and care, or accidental, abusive or negligent treatment of the product will invalidate the warranty coverage. The Buyer’s usage of any inflatable product on a hard surface base (any surface other than grass), without the use of a tarp shall constitute improper usage and any resulting damage or defect shall not be covered.

You may return or exchange the item, within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 15 % restock fee and any return shipping costs.
